Mint's prices and service are great! But communicating with them is impossible! All your accounts are entered separately, so each requires a separate form! If you have two or more phones, their information is "not" connected! I have been trying to pay for my second phone for four days! But their agents are overseas, impossible to understand and require you to do all the work! You have absolutely no Internet link to access the accounts separately! If you don't mind terrible support, go for it!

The app is fine. But the unlimited plan is ridiculous. you can't share the data between phone and hotspot. Fine. But now I can't use the remaining hot spot data I PAID FOR because I've reached the 40g of "unlimited" data (separate from the 10gb hotspot). Either keep it separate or don't, but this in between game is frustrating. I used to have no issues with mint but lately it's been nothing but issue after issue and no way to get anything resolved. Customer service has been no help.

it's an overall great great service, especially for the price. has the competitors beat for sure? I wasn't getting service in a few places but other than that it's golden. the only thing I don't like about the app is the AI chat. my text wouldn't load. all I can see is what they were saying. I don't even think they got any of my messages. but hey thank you for good service
