for the past 2 days this app is closing and cancelling itself. as I enter it automatically closes the app. Any help here?

Unreliable, irresponsible Bank in Uzbekistan. They deactivated my visa card without notice or anything, because of their system update. Now to get my money in the balance, urging me to open another one for "free" which I don't use it at all from now one, and wait for another 15 days. How can I use and trust a Bank that can freely deactivate unexpired & active cards? P.S. The review is not for the app!
