Call quality is poor. If I leave the call screen, the other person can no longer hear me, and calls often break up badly. I also bought 120 minutes valid for 28 days. When I finished them early, I was prompted to buy another 120 minutes, but the new credit ended after about 30 minutes of calls. If the second purchase depends on the validity of the first package, this must be clearly explained. Please fix these issues and make the recharge terms clear.

The best international calling app I know because I've tried them all. You get crystal clear digital calls without the muffled voice connection. You can also send airtime to any cell phone. However at times you may not be able to connect because I'm sure it's due to inclement weather conditions in Africa where I call.

I cannot buy credit, they tell me I have more than 5 USD and cannot buy knew. The worst is the customer service. Highly irresponsive to queries. I sent the support center email and also filled the online complaint form, none acknowledged receipt nor replied me. Try to include customer care mobile number also so we can call otherwise, it's very frustrating with only email.
