this has a lot of problems that need addressing and there isn't enough character to list them all. biggest on it this failed to execute message I get when trying to video chat....😒 I have a bill that keeps growing and no pay option. the biometric sign in does nothing. I can't use a web browser instead of the app with my phone... You can only get into your account via browser on a computer (if you have one) if the app isn't working... ?...😫

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. The ability to pay bills is a setting that is enabled or disabled by your provider - please tell them you'd like to pay via MYIO and they can add the functionality. We recommend checking with your provider about your login credentials for browser and mobile access. They'll be best suited to help.

Doesn't work. I got stuck at the onboarding somewhere over a year ago and no one knows how to fix it. When I request a password reset, I never get any email (not in spam or anywhere). We have triple checked my email address is correct. I am dealing with some really hard stuff right now and it's really making communication more difficult. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s24. I've tried the app and the desktop way, probably 50 times now. Nope. It hates me. 🥺

When I need to fill out forms, this app loads the forms, but the font is basically unreadable. It's tiny so they could cut corners and not pony up the dough for a basic zoom function. I have to take a screenshot and then zoom in, go back to the app and then attempt to select a micro sized yes or no. 2024 and that's just unacceptable. There's absolutely no settings. There's no way to contact them to discuss the issues, it's ridiculous.
