Ratings and reviews

I don't know what people are complaining about, this app works fine. For clarity, no, this app doesn't allow you to play PC games on mobile, because that's not how software works. It's basically the app version of the steam website, with some additional features. The QR code login feature is VERY convenient, as I frequently need to sign into my Steam account on other devices, and this app lets do it with the push of a button.

I like the interface a lot, I think it's easy to use. The main reason I'm giving them 5 stars is for support. I lost access to my authenticator and account due to not using it for years. When I wanted back in and realized I was locked out, the support team worked hard to help me regain access, because of my own stupidity. I got to keep the one game I had actually bought at that point and my username, which I'm pretty attached to. Say what you will, but the steam support team are awesome.

Im locked out of a years old account and cant access it anymore. Their support just made me a new account instead of giving me access to the old one. I have no way of playing games I paid for and spent hours playing now. Every attempt at contacting their support is met with a message saying there is an open case? Awful app and even worse customer service. I'd rate it a zero if I could.
