Glad to see enshittification has reached Steam. It used to be you weren't randomly logged out. Now you are, and to get back in, you need to give Steam even more access and information and data from your personal phone, none of it is easy to find to change, and it honestly makes me want to just drop the service. I don't understand why we have to keep changing everything, everything, to be more intrusive, more "tEcHnOlOgIcAlLy AdVaNcEd," and in turn, more useless and unnecessarily complicated.

The app is... Okay. Not the best, not the worst. But there is a glaringly huge issue; Steam Guard was integrated into the app, and now I can't login on my phone because I can't look at the authenticator since it is in the app I am trying to log into. Brilliant idea whoever thought that up. 👏 👍 Yeah, separate those instead of Steam and the chat app and things would be way better. Plus all the issues lately with logging us out, not letting us do things because it keeps looping a login, etc.

The app worked for a while when I first used it like a year ago, then it logged me out and when I logged back in it hasn't worked since. Even though im logged in, it says I still need to log in. Can't access my library, wishlist, nothing. I know this has been an issue for many others for a long time now and there's just no response from steam or fixes
