About this app

Meet the new Vanguard app. We’ve updated and refined our features to make it easier than ever to invest from your mobile device. Along with our sleek new look, you can also log in to your accounts with Fingerprint ID. We’ll be rolling out new updates every few weeks, but if there’s something you want us to build, you can let us know in our Support tab.

Use the app to do the following (some features may not be available for employer-sponsored plans):

• Access an overview of your accounts to check your total assets and balances.

• Dive deeper to track your account performance, cost basis details, or day change information for each of your holdings.

• Make trades, deposit checks directly into your accounts, and review your transaction history.

• Find help, update your login preferences, and leave feedback via our Support tab.

The app is crashing when signing in. Based on other reviews it's happening to everyone else as well. A client owned business like Vanguard should be able to fix this issue in a short amount of time. literally get a junior level developer and have him debug the issue and he'll fix it in no time. push the update out. it cannot be that hard to fix

I used this app for a year. Constant crashes upon login, and basic navigation. Endless confirmation screens and trying to make basic timed trades is a complete headache. Today it completely failed to execute a morning trade and cost me a few thousand dollars when the stock dropped and I only found out later that it didn't execute. That was the final straw and I found other options. This app is fine if you want to dollar cost average VOO over time, but I wouldn't trust for anything else.

This app used to be fine. The UI was usable at least. Last update made the app crash every time you signed in after being signed out from activity, making you open the app twice to get in. Now, in the latest update, the app uses a webview to sign in, which never loads. My main complaint is that the app bypasses all 2 factor methods but SMS. This is a huge issue.

What’s new

• The new Snapshot feature allows you to check your account balances and other important info straight from the login screen. Visit the Profile tab and select Login & security to get started.

• You can now view and update your personal info in the Vanguard app by selecting Edit personal information in the Profile tab.
