It works, but I get tired of having to turn it off just so a purchase I am trying to make will go through. I'm tempted to quit using it altogether, but I don't want a repeat of the last time my card was compromised.
It's great when I can login, but consistently doesn't accept the password for my online banking with my bank. App will not allow me to use my PIN that I set up for "faster login" through MobiMoney.
Froze on the balance Balance hasn't changed in weeks and you can't see deposits on it or direct deposits. Thinking strongly about getting rid of this app. More of a pain, then a convince.
WHY CAN'T I USE THE PASSWORD I LIKE? I am sick of having some techno weenie tell me that I have to remember a password that is more complicated than Mandarin Chinese. Let me use the password that works for me, not the one that works for you. I have to have this app to work with my bankcard. I wouldn't have it on my phone for any other reason. I would immediately pick a different app if one was available.
I am not getting the alerts as I should whenever my card or my husbands card is being used and there is no way to get in touch with anybody as there is no number for technical support
My app never updates when I make purchases. Used to work great haven't been able to use it in months... Please help! I've also requested a new card and multiple accounts, nothing
