Gold holdings are allocated to 99.99% pure gold kilo bars and stored at the Royal Canadian Mint. Silver holdings are allocated to 99.9% pure silver 1,000 oz bars and stored in the vaults of HSBC Bank, London.

COSTS

ADVISING

DELIVERY
Vaulted clients can request physical delivery of their precious metals to any address, unlike ETFs and futures contracts. You can take delivery of your gold kilo bar from the Mint or request smaller denominations of metal (coins, 1-oz bars, 10-oz bars, etc.).

Ratings and reviews

It's alright but OneGold beats them in like every category... more assets, a choice of country, lower premiums... I downloaded this to see if there would be any advantages but I can't find any. Nothing wrong with it per say, just sort of bare-bones. If they do something to differentiate themselves or add more features in the future I'd be willing to revisit the platform—I'll have to check back after a few updates.

I dislike the maintenance fees, and time frame it takes to execute a purchase. I also dislike that it isn't possible to quickly swap/trade one metal for another without a lengthy and costly sell/settle/repurchase process. Overall, tha app is satisfactory, bit not amazing.

I am currently downloading the app, and while i'm waiting I must've read 50+ reviews, 85% at the least were positive and most of the negative comments were fixed. Furthermore, the staff took the time to personnaly answer 99% of the comments. This made me feel even more excited and comfortable downloading this app! I'll return to review it more once I've used it for a few weeks, then one more time when it's time for the mighty withdrawal.
