The Careforth Caregiver App connects you with expert care professionals and simple tools to manage your loved one’s care all in one place with support and guidance when you need it. 

A care team just for you
Get your own expert Coach who knows you and your loved one’s needs. Our care team includes nurses and social workers who can guide you, answer questions, and help you navigate caregiving challenges at any time.
 
Your personal care plan
Access a care plan built around the needs of the person you support with goals, tasks, and practical tips. As your caregiving situation changes, your Coach will update your plan to make sure you are getting the support you need. 

Connect anytime
Message, call, or chat with your Careforth team through the app to get support, guidance, and feel less alone in the day-to-day.

Keep up with what matters most: reminders for medications, appointments, and daily care activities all in one place.

Ratings and reviews

Vela app was faster and had less trouble logging in. The white loading screen is still too slow. Also if you're already in the app, and click your home button to switch to another window real quick, when you come back to Careforth app it loads forever. This also happens if you accidently hit your back button on your phone instead of the arrow in the app, it takes forever to load. Hope the app loading time speeds up.

I just want to let everyone know who uses the Careforth app for work like i do, if you have any problems, if it just shows a blank screen or whatever, there is an easy/quick way to fix it. When i have problems with the app, I just uninstall and reinstall it, and it usually works after that. I just had to do that a moment ago. But instead of calling them about it, it's easier just to uninstall and reinstall the app again, that way it saves a lot of time, and fixes the problem fast.

Great people to work with. Always very helpful !!
