About this app

The Careforth app connects caregivers like you with healthcare professionals so you can confidently care for your loved one at home. The Careforth app allows you to manage your loved one’s care all in one place to ensure you feel supported at every turn.

You can use the app to:

• Communicate with your care team anytime through our secure messaging
• Track your loved one’s care
• Receive support for your caregiving needs
• Manage your daily appointments and medication reminders
• Share and store important documents and files
• Alert your care team immediately if an incident occurs

Our app is for caregivers enrolled in one of Careforth’s caregiving programs.

If you are already using the Careforth app (formerly Vela), your username and password is the same.
If you do not have a login, please contact your Careforth case manager.

Ratings and reviews

Vela app was faster and had less trouble logging in. The white loading screen is still too slow. Also if you're already in the app, and click your home button to switch to another window real quick, when you come back to Careforth app it loads forever. This also happens if you accidently hit your back button on your phone instead of the arrow in the app, it takes forever to load. Hope the app loading time speeds up.

I just want to let everyone know who uses the Careforth app for work like i do, if you have any problems, if it just shows a blank screen or whatever, there is an easy/quick way to fix it. When i have problems with the app, I just uninstall and reinstall it, and it usually works after that. I just had to do that a moment ago. But instead of calling them about it, it's easier just to uninstall and reinstall the app again, that way it saves a lot of time, and fixes the problem fast.

I can't use it. it says unhealthy upstream. I need help so I can login and get paid. please help
