Broadway in New Orleans is excited to introduce a new app for our eClub members and season subscribers. Your phone is now your ticket to enter Saenger Theatre for the best of Broadway. In addition to housing your digital tickets, this app allows you to access show updates, purchase tickets for upcoming shows, and prepare for your performances with parking information, directions, and FAQs. Season subscribers can also exchange dates, upgrade seats, or transfer their tickets to family or friends directly within the app.

Broken - beware! It took me an hour to pull up my season tickets for tonight's show. The app was not letting me log in. It finally did just now but the app crashed a few times before I was able to add the tickets to my Google wallet. The issues are multilayered and it's wasn't just an issue with the ticket master interface. I would avoid buying tickets this way until it's fixed.

There is no login button on the launch screeen; I've had to click "contact us" to find the login button. They say that you can save your tickets in Google pay, but it sends you to the old Google pay app, which is no longer being used.

Supposed to be helpful and save the users time, but is the opposite. Login should be easy. Mine tells me, Ticketmaster needs to be logged out and back in again, but I'm not logged into it.
