very useless app, its almost a month with back and forth and theres absolutely no progress with the registration of my account, there's a bug in the sign up that rejects company mail and I needed to reach out to support and the guy took all my details, still nothing, just hi and hello for weeks the app is a waste of time

Update: I contacted the customer service and they were responsive. The app is definitely not fraudulent but the process remains cumbersome. The on-boarding process/documents needed are cumbersome. You have to send them so much info and it still doesn't guarantee you access to their platform. I transferred a small amount into my verto wallet to test run the app but to my amazement I couldn't find anyway to get the fund out. I hope they improve ease of on-boarding and access to the platform.

New: Thanks issue resolved now. Old: I'm extremely disappointed with Verto's onboarding process. They repeatedly ask for the same documents I've already submitted through their system and via email. I even printed, signed, and submitted the UBO declaration form. Despite receiving emails stating my KYC is complete, my account remains under verification. This constant back and forth is frustrating and unprofessional. Please resolve this issue promptly.
