very useless app, its almost a month with back and forth and theres absolutely no progress with the registration of my account, there's a bug in the sign up that rejects company mail and I needed to reach out to support and the guy took all my details, still nothing, just hi and hello for weeks the app is a waste of time

Very disappointed please be careful to use this app. I have used, trying to bring my money to Tanzania, and there was an issue that they are not taking responsibility... they just wait answers for a bank and they don't care to give a proper solution for me as client of the app. The app has problem with some transaction and they don't have proper answer.. I have more than 2000 usd... I don't say they will keep but their way to answer is very inefficient and can put in risk your business.

Update: I contacted the customer service and they were responsive. The app is definitely not fraudulent but the process remains cumbersome. The on-boarding process/documents needed are cumbersome. You have to send them so much info and it still doesn't guarantee you access to their platform. I transferred a small amount into my verto wallet to test run the app but to my amazement I couldn't find anyway to get the fund out. I hope they improve ease of on-boarding and access to the platform.
