This app is terrible! The website is terrible! I get errors logging in on the website. The website lags/freezes. You can't log out of it if you are able to log in. I have to restart my phone just to close it out. I got error messages logging in the app or stating that it didn't recognize my account or info. The last time I was able to use the app was three days ago. I deleted the app and then reinstalled it. That didn't help. All I got was that my phone wasn't compatible. CS isn't any help! SMH!

I'm getting pretty tired of the app. It never works like it should. I know my information to sign in and all I get is "the information doesn't match our records". It would be nice to receive an email alert for when my bill comes due. I have no issues with my other CC'S apps. If this keeps up and y'all don't fix the problem I'm going to transfer my balance over to a well known company. I shouldn't have to enter my card number every time I want to sign in on the app to pay my bill.

It's honestly a terrible app. It constantly logs you out of biometric log in and often doesn't let you in the app with the correct username and password. the website isn't much better. It is beyond frustrating, especially when I just want to make a payment.
