I had the same problem mentioned in the previous reviews about the watch not connecting to the app after the most recent update. I tried everything until I went to the app permissions and realized for some reason the permissions changed so it wouldn't connect to the Bluetooth. I reset the permissions and then made sure the Bluetooth for the watch was reconnected using the scan. It's now connected and working again. We shouldn't have to go through all of this. Shame on the developers!!

It was always a bit inaccurate (which I could tolerate, considering the price), but now the app won't open. I've reinstalled it, but it crashes before connecting to the watch. This issue has been the breaking point to motivate me to drop the money on a name brand step tracker. Edit-after reading other reviews, I'm going to follow the steps to reset the permissions, but how silly that a user has to just figure that out. Should have the app say we need to turn them back on. Still getting a new one

After the latest update my watch stopped connecting to the app. I looked for a new update, but nothing. I Uninstaller the app and reinstalled it. Now I can't get past the watch and phone Bluetooth connecting. As soon as get into that screen the app shuts down. I reopen the app, and the same thing happens. I loved this watch. It was exactly what I wanted. I only experienced minimal issues until now. Please fix this issue!
