It WAS GOOD. I initially had it at 5 stars. But, I have now lowered it to 1. I'd go to zero if I could. All was fine until I went to redeem coins for a gift card. After 2 days, I got nothing. Left a comment on a Facebook post, they then message me and tell me the reward redemptions are down and they don't know when it will be available. I think I'm owed the $25 card I was trying to get, because I'm deleting this app and looking for a new one where their redemptions work as advertised.

Seems like it could be a cool app. Since the app hasn't fully worked for me since installing, I'm deleting. You are required to walk your dog in order to open the cash out feature- but all it does is buffer. support has been contacted weeks ago and here I am still waiting for an answer, even after requesting an update. Done wasting my time. Support was quick to respond initally, but no actual answer or fix at this point.

Can't start a walk. in order to unlock the rewards screen, I have to start a walk but every time I try the page just keeps loading. I have my permissions turned on. I walked 6 miles today and I could not track it. this needs to be fixed as I see it is also in another person review.
