Horrible! Buyer be ware! I really wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing. My daughter's first Metallica concert, I purchased the tickets almost a year in advance and they still managed to screw me. The only way they could have put us farther from the concert is to put us in the parking lot. Mean while, no discount! And I purchased tickets way closer! Scammers! Rip off bs artist from the UK with a call center in the states.

You will be redirected to another app for real tickets, and there's a chance you can not register in that app. Secondly, sometimes, when you open the app through deeplinks, you won't be able to close the app.

Half things I go to end in error page, other half can't locate, support chat is awful and gets disconnected but worse is the keyboard covers the chat box so you can't see what your typing. It's like not single person used app before releasing it
