If I could give it zero stars, I would. Didn't update the app for 2 years since it was finally stable enough to work in 2022. Suddenly, today, it can't find the bike anymore. Spent my entire workout time trying to fix it with no success. It was working just fine yesterday. My device can find my bike without a problem. The app can't see it at all, though. No troubleshooting did anything but convince me that I'm better off buying a new bike that doesn't need a horrible app to work at all.

The app is not the best, they are always pushing their live classes and the only way to do a freestyle ride is to go into the settings. Even then they have these giant ads for their live classes that take away from the experience of tracking your workout. And to even use the app you have to create a free trial using your credit card and they will not notify you before charging you after the free trial ends. You have 72 hours to dispute the charge, otherwise you will not get a refund.

I prefer to use freestyle ride mode on my Connect bike and do workouts via YouTube videos. I use an off brand tablet as my connect device and I rarely have issues with Bluetooth connection. I can't comment on accuracy of the output numbers but they work for what I need. Overall I'm pretty happy with freeride mode. My only gripe is the tiny size of the +5/-5 resistance screen buttons. I use a 10" tablet and can barely hit the +5 -5 keys without pausing my workout. Why are these so small? Fix
