I have been using the VIB app for a long time, and overall, I am happy with it. However, the OTP feature often has issues, especially when I make several transfers within a short period. At those times, it doesn’t work and displays a message suggesting that I try again later. This significantly reduces the app’s reliability when I am outside and need to make transfers without carrying cash. I hope the VIB App Team can fix this to make the service seamless.

Cunning bank. Be extremely careful with them. My credit card was hacked, and someone made several Facebook Ads transactions, each under 10 USD. VIB said they couldn't do anything to refund the money because their policy doesn’t allow them to investigate transactions under 10 USD. I strongly suspect that internal staff might have leaked this information, allowing the hacker to run multiple transactions just under the limit, like $8.8 and $9.9, deliberately avoiding the $10 threshold.

The app forces users to turn on 'telephone' permission all the time, or else, Smart OTP would not work. If users temporarily turn on the permission to set up and then turn off, Smart OTP will be disabled and needs setting up again. So they deliberately force users to keep them always-on. For what? A banking app does not need to access users' telephone info. In the past, the app did not require this.
