I have been using the VIB app for a long time, and overall, I am happy with it. However, the OTP feature often has issues, especially when I make several transfers within a short period. At those times, it doesn’t work and displays a message suggesting that I try again later. This significantly reduces the app’s reliability when I am outside and need to make transfers without carrying cash. I hope the VIB App Team can fix this to make the service seamless.

Latest update made the app refuse to launch if Developer Options are enabled. Not USB debugging — the entire developer mode. This is terrible UX. Many normal users keep Developer Options on for harmless settings like animation speed. Forcing people to disable a whole system feature just to open a banking app is ridiculous. If debugging is the concern, check USB debugging instead. Blocking the app because Developer Options exist is lazy and user-hostile.

The app is extremely difficult to use. The sections for feedback, submitting comments, and filing complaints are unnecessarily complicated and confusing. After submitting a complaint, there is no clear way to track whether it has been received or is being processed. Worse, no one ever gets back to you to address the issue. I’m genuinely disappointed with this bank and its customer service experience.
