What a Pain! Every time you want to film or connect the camera with the app, you have to go through the process of triggering the camera to send out the Wi-Fi signal and connect the Wi-Fi with your phone. It seems in my case that I have to connect the camera first before each use in order to record. Plan on a 5 minute process. certainly not a simple turn on and start recording process. Visus Camera is junk. I will have to keep no doubt as returning it is near impossible.

The camera is awesome because it gets good videos and has a good angle of vision; but the way my phone connects to the camera needs to be improved. The camera isn't always allowing the connection to be available and I need to change my phone's WiFi connection, in order to connect to the camera!! Is there a way to upgrade the camera firmware and the app, in order to improve connection between devices?

What a nightmare!! camera is decent but the app is garbage. I can't believe you need to connect to the camera's "WiFi" to the app in order to access the videos and photos and every single time it never detected the Network, you have to unplug the camera and try to connect again IF you don't delete the camera to install it again to the app. if this doesn't improve I'll just return the camera and get a refund.
