This app is next to useless: frequent "can't load" issues despite good internet connection Basic functionality is missing even after creating an account an booking a flight, the app will not store those bookings under "your bookings" . You have to each time key in your RefNr & fill name. Online Check in not working No storage of mobile boarding passes These are pretty standard functions. Without having these and reliable operation, this one is not worth having on my phone. Deleted.

This app is horrible, please fly thai Airways or anything else. I'm trying to fly with my friend I have the flight number in this app will not let me use it. It would be easier to walk from Bangkok to Beijing and it would also be faster. I wish I could write this app a negative number but it does not allow me.

It's the worst app ever. DOB changes to a previous day when entered. Postcode duplicates when entered. Payment process painful. Seat selection buggy. As a flight company they are excellent, but the dev team did not test this app properly at all.
