Android phone app has bar with battery and cellular information up top of the screen. the vietjet app sits behind this bar and you can't login to your profile.. also even after booking flight through the app or logging into the app your flights aren't stored or saved and require flight reservation number to open again

Stupid app. Be careful, after you join the Sky Joy, which reverse last name and first name, your name in the app is updated with wrong order. And Vietjet have a good opportunity to ask you pay money to change the name on the ticket. And they said it is Sky Joy fault I don't know. And you are never free enough to claim anything cause they never pick up the phone. Terrible and stupid tech. Vulture Airline.

Extremely Poor App Experience The VietJet Air application has serious compatibility and UI design issues. The app is not user-friendly at all. During booking, the Terms & Conditions checkbox overlaps with the home button, making it impossible to accept. On top of that, important options go out of the screen and cannot be clicked at all. This makes the booking process extremely frustrating and sometimes completely unusable.
