I’ve been using this application for about a month now. I’ve had to reinstall it 2–3 times. After each installation, I’m able to sign in using my credit card details. However, once I close and reopen the app, it doesn’t load properly. It just shows the loading window and stays stuck there for 5 to 10 minutes. Eventually, it displays a network error, even though my internet connection is stable.

Very disappointing while using this app.For outside UAE transaction ,no currency exchange rate is showing so we cannot even track how much amount we are transferring to beneficiary account.Also can't even find proper beneficiary account details ,only few listed places showing in city and branch.From there how we can trace the proper beneficiary account details.

I've been using the NBF mobile app for quite some time, but the recent update has been extremely disappointing. The app has become much more difficult to navigate, with an unintuitive interface that makes it hard to find essential features.Additionally, I've been encountering frequent error messages and technical difficulties, which hinder my ability to perform basic tasks. It's frustrating to see an app that used to work smoothly now struggle with such fundamental issues.
