Ratings and reviews

The new in-app notification approval system that replaced SMS OTPs does not work. When making an online purchase, the app throws an error "Oops! Something went wrong". When opening the NBF app to manually approve via the notification bell, the app immediately crashes with a "technical difficulties". I have reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and tried it on different phones, but the same error occurs every time. This is a severe account-level or server-side bug preventing online payments.

I thought everything was fine after fixing it. now there is another issue. why always, and most of the time there is "we are facing some technical diffiiculties please try again later" error. what's up!

its really hard to go to the next steps, I keep on repeating the same from step 1 then it's an error saying facing trouble etc. I hope you can fix these issues for smooth and customer friendly transactions.
