I had a flight travel credit due to flight change because of sickness, for which I'm grateful, but I couldn't use the credit in the app, it kept failing. When I retried on the umpteenth attempt, I didn't notice but it defaulted to using my stored debit card and took payment from that. so now I have less money in the bank and a credit I'm not sure I'll be able to use before it expires. A minor grumble but the app needs to improve.

Listen, its not like I dont know i f* up my own flight departure, but charging $1350 fee for swapping to the next available flight, which is on top of the original $350 cost for the original flight, is absolutely ridiculous. I got on a Qantas flight for less than $400 within hours for the same domestic flight, and this one had a meal included. Customer service is still not a priority for this provider.

Everything was excellent until the card i paid for the trip with, was refused as the card i used to choose my seat. No way forward, or out, with my check-in process. No way to cancel the seat selection or update the app with my details ( which it already had). They need to have an option to cancel the check-in and start again. A return option to the previous page would have helped. no
