Never been able to connect to TiVo box TV channels do work now after months of not being able to watch anything. Great. Still cannot connect to TiVo box, read all guides carefully. TV didn't work at all until this update. Must say I am thinking about returning to sky, the box was easier and faster (much faster) and sky go app worked without issues.
Zero star app. Visual nicely designed app. Needs to include ability to stream from 3G/4G and be able to watch recorded shows from anywhere of any network type. Can you stream all the channels and not just a select few. Would be 0 stars if it were possible until it works on 3G/4G and why can i not stream record programs when the tivo is on the same network as the device i want to watch the recording on. App is worse then ever if it's not error 500 it's box not found and no chromecast support. New look is nice but still...
New App Works Finally this app works fine. Loving the new features especially the ability to play on demand programmes. It is a shame you have to be on WI-FI, but tv rights are tv rights and it's gotta be beyond virgin's control. The app still takes a while to load, even on my Virgin 200mb line with their latest router but you can't have everything. Well done for getting things working after a year of not being able to do anything.
App Needs To Work Also On 4G New app not accessible! Can login to new app. But it won't allow me to follow instructions and go to settings and deactivate past devices. So app not working and a total waste of time! Also it's about time you should be able to play TV when using 4G and not just WiFi.
Badly designed and communicated. November 2016 update. Can't even access the app. Sitting at reconnecting. Pointless app. [Updated on comment from VM] As usual, comment back from app provider is non specific and alludes to the end user being the issue. Nothing to say that their App that they have just updated might be the issue. WOW. The fact that the app was at reconnecting means I had already got past the sign in stage. Still shouldn't be called TV Anywhere as this is misleading.
Garbage The old version worked. Now it doe's f* all. Glorified TV guide. Would like to give a neg rating. -11 sounds bout rite. Now it's locked my phone out of the account also. Must been designed by some numbskulls. Or they just hate paying customers. Advice: go use sky
