There are so many little things wrong with this app it's untrue. It's almost as if the BA's and developers got together and decided to take every useful thing out of it. Stupidly simple stuff like being able to see the password you are entering is correct before you hit submit. The password at set up, this is supposed to be installed on a phone with a tiny keyboard, mistakes will happen. Not being able to check the password is a major oversight.

This App is appalling. My Credit Card transaction keep disappearing and re-appearing, and then when the status has changed from Pending and you think all is well the transaction amount changes. Reply To Virgin Money : Yes I have contacted them and was told to take a screenshot and email it to them, but the application doesnt allow you to take screenshots.

App no longer works on Google pixel. After login, there is a loading screen overlay that just goes forever. I've tried reinstalling on this device and the issue is still there. Tried installing on my iPhone and it works. App also works on my husband's android. Needs fixing on Google devices. Edit: It seems you keep directing people to ring customer service for this issue. How about just create or direct us to a page with the fix?! No one wants to spend their time on hold with customer service...

Totally understand your point of view on this one, but as the team investigate behind the scenes this is the best course of action. By calling and allowing us full access to your account, we can get you back up and running right away as opposed to waiting. Sorry this is causing an inconvenience.
