Control and monitor your PowerSeries Neo & PowerSeries Pro alarm security system anywhere, anytime. Whether you're at home, at work on a business trip or on vacation this app lets you control and monitor your alarm system locally and remotely.
With this app, you can:
- Arm & Disarm the alarm system

I finally got a TL280 and started using the ConnectAlarm app. It looks quite good and polished. However it lacks the feature to bypass devices. I watched many youtube videos with tutorials and the instructions ("Swipe left" on a device) do not work. Maybe it's a different app version. In any case, bypassing a zone is a required feature for me. On DSC's page, it says that bypassing a zone is supported. But it's not.

The latest update does not allow a loud enough alert for alarm events. All you can choose from is built in notification tones on the phone, which only plays once for barely a second. This is not an adequate notification for critical events.

Hello, sorry for inconvenience. Now push notifications are managed by Android OS. This is a requirement of Google to remove push notification options from the application. We are working to bring this feature back in future versions of the app. Please check update the application to the latest version and configure push notifications again.

Why is there no information anywhere that ConnectAlarm does not work in North America? I proposed to my clients and I looked like an idiot, only from tech support I found out that the app does not work in the US. After thirty years of installing DSC Systems, I am looking for another system that takes its installers seriously.
