The app is slow and does not work half the time. But that is only partly why I have 1 star. I never gave credit card information because I don't want cloud storage. However it says a free trial is activated, even though I never did such a thing. Every recording is being saved in the cloud. Then when I go to the menu to disable the free trial it either fails or says "No device is found". This is a major privacy concern that cloud storage is being enabled automatically.

Only because it can't go lower. I have had nothing but issues with it. Nothing seems to work the way it is supposed to. Won't login to apps can't answer doorbell on phone, without having to open the app frost. I bought a +360 video Doorbell that is completely worthless with this app which you have no choice but use. Tech support is useless and consist of them constantly asking for you to provide them with more info while never providing you any useful feedback. I now need to switch to a different doorbell, because the 360 was basically a total waste of money for my needs in conjunction with this app.. I could have purchased big box store 20$ wireless doorbell that goes Ding when the button is pushed if that was all I wanted. I already have a security camera that I Need to open a separate app to see and talk through, so that is not what I expected out of this.

Its not ready for prime time. The doorbell may be great but with the generic app we will never know. The app misses alot of the things that we were sold on. Please guys start over with the app. This time try just a little. Don't even try hard just try. I wish i had never heard of this doorbell. If you put all the time into making a product why would you want to 💩 on it with an app that looks like you had a 1st grade intro program class design it.
