I had to search for a product I needed but never found. I like Vitacost. But like everywhere prices have gone up. I have had trouble with the app. It will not checkout with PayPal. I have items until recently I couldn't find any elsewhere. Now, I can but it's much more expensive, so I always come back to Vitacost. The app has given me problems almost everytime I shop. I wish I would have shopped online instead. They have a wide variety, informative blogs & recipes, quick delivery.

Glitchy! The app consistently signs me out and then requires password recovery. The app and the website don't link on my phone, so I often have to re-enter my entire order on the website when the app check-out fails. The app also loads very slowly so I often don't see the images of products. Lastly, when I add items to my cart, the entire store listing goes back to the beginning and I have to scroll allllll the way back to where I was just to add another item. The app is awful.

Super easy to shop for all the supplements, organic foods and healthy snacks that I love. I would have given 5 stars if it were easy to handle returns or replacements through the app, and several times I've had to use the website if I want to pay with my PayPal because the app gets stuck in a weird blank screen loop.
