Update several months later: still can't complete purchase. I have to finish my purchase on the website. Not sure I will bother to use this app in the future. Update 1 month later. Still not able to complete purchase. Updated app. Keeps an endless loop, does not complete purchase.
Much much better app in the new version! I had no problems finding my lists, doing searches, and checking out. Totally smooth process. The only confusing part was first they pulled up my address and then it wouldn't let me go any further and it was a bit vague that I had to fill in an email address first. As soon as I put my email address the buttons started to appear and getting through checkout was like Greased Lightning.
Have not been able to checkout for months now - I keep having to go to the website. Waste of APP space.
I think it's been a year or 2 now and I still can't complete purchases on my Android phone. A while ago it made a double order that I had to ship back. Very frustrating.
Still having checkout problems, I really don't understand why they can't fix this problem!
cannot complete a purchase. very annoying. so annoying, in fact, that I won't be using vitacost at all anymore if I can help it.
