This app over promises and woefully under delivers. My best outcome has been while running the PC version. On both my Pixel phone and Galaxy tablet, it crashes or freezes or fails to work in the manner advertised, especially with regard to 3D conversion. I'm not sure how the Mac/iOS equivalent runs, but this version leaves a lot to be desired.

The app is great, finally made my Viture glasses useful. I don't love the neckband to be honest, so being able to use my phone directly it's refreshing. My biggest complain and reason for not a 5 rating, is the inability to lock/disable the 'mouse pointer' controlled by the phone unless I lock the phone. There should be a way to quickly disable it so it doesn't keep moving while I'm walking around

This app needs a lot of work. Just got my Luma XR glasses and nothing works when it comes to 3D as is shown in Vitures YouTube video. As soon as you select a video and then activate the 3D icon in the lower right corner, the video is paused. The phone is now supposed to be the controller for play/pause, however the play button does not do anything when touching it. So far this purchase has been pretty useless and most likely will be returning them within the 30 day period.
