The app was excellent for a time but ads started popping up. They appeared as both ad bars and full screen videos. These ads were very annoying so I thought maybe I could support the developers and pay a few bucks for the premium version. Premium is not just a one-time fee. It costs 15$/WEEK (60$/MONTH). In other words, this app's premium features cost more than THREE of my top video streaming subscriptions combined! Developers, seriously reconsider your pricing model! Pure greed!

Was a 5 when it worked. It fails to work on lock screen on new pixel 10, and I can't figure out how to close ads after they're done playing, so bye. Update: changed from 1 star to 2 simply because of the quick response from the dev team. HOWEVER, that does excuse the devs' choice to use ad services that are tricky, manipulative, and infuriating to figure out how to even close out. On that principle alone, I've deleted every app that uses bad ad services like these.

enjoy the facts, letting it come up every once in a while. the ridiculous pop up full screen ad ABSOLUTELY IS an ad. it is a pop up asking for review so it is a first party advertisement. just because it isn't 3rd party doesn't mean it isn't an ad. it is extremely annoying and intrusive. add in the security issues with it bypassing the security screen and it is a big issue.
