Awful app. It doesn't recognise the vin to my 2017 BMW and says it's learning more about this model, you've had 7 years to learn about it. Some screens (such as when making a payment) you can't exit out of unless you force close the app.

What exactly is this app useful for? It looks like you can only diagnose problems which the old app does just fine. Plus it takes forever to load. Maybe email some instructions with this app. I like the old 1 100% more

I bought the device because it said it supports Toyota, when i try to connect to the car it doesnt detect it and asks for VIN number, when i enter the VIN it says Something Went Wrong. The app plus the device doesnt work as it is documented on the internet, I eas scammed.
