My visual voicemail supported by Samsung stopped working. I liked having the ability to see a readout of my voicemails. I went shopping & found this application. it works great. I am enjoying the free plan which, so far, all that I need. I do like that the voicemails are transcribed in the app & I don't have to go to my email, although it's a nice backup. I highly recommend this, check out of it works for you too!

No customer support response. The app has been blocking numbers it shouldn't and I am unable to access my account, either on my phone or online. Multiple attempts to contact support have gone unanswered. Update: Today I was finally able to get into my account, though after contacting them multiple times by email and through the website over several weeks, still received no response.

Used to be amazing a few years ago. I loved the free version and was content with 10 audio transcriptions a month and using 1 recorded personal voicemail. Their customer service was also responsive. About 1-2 years ago problems started popping up: multiple notifications for 1 voicemail, then no notifications for voicemails, and recently missing voicemails all together. I attempted all the troubleshooting options without a fix. Sadly had to uninstall.
