I used to like this app. I booked a vacation years ago on VRBO. Zero issues and the app worked great. I am looking for a weekend trip away and every single time I filter for things I want it automatically changes it to 6 "popular" filters and won't allow me to clear or delete them. I've literally cleared cache, storage, deleted my accounts and uninstalled the app. When I logged back in it gives me the exact same filters and will not let me clear them. I'm done. Absolutely maddening.

***Correction: their app doesn't work and it forced us into a reservation we couldn't get out of. when you check to add pets, it does not add the pet fee to your checkout. the price you thought was the final price is not correct and we got an additional $200 charge afterwards. it was a last minute booking so we can't get a full refund and are forced to pay this fee we thought was already included. the owner was understanding but the app still screwed us

I was skeptical of this app already being like air bnb and having problems and hidden fees and I've already had so many issues, and I haven't even checked into my place yet. I booked my place because it showed to be the cheapest option versus hotels. I shouldn't have bothered. Too much of a hassle just to find a place to sleep for the night. Will be sticking with hotels next time.
