1) Plan your trip:
- Search for your journey from point A to point B anywhere in France or Europe
- Compare the different route options to reach your destination and choose the best route according to your preferences
- Plan your itineraries so you can return to them and get alerts about your journeys and plans even without an internet connection
- Find your favorite means of transportation : public transport (métro, bus, RER, Transilien, tramway), trains (TER, Intercités, TGV Inoui, OUIGO, TGV Lyria, Thalys, Eurostar...), buses (Flixbus, Blablacar Bus) et carpooling (Blablacar)

2) Book your tickets and passes:
- Buy all your train tickets, cards and season tickets, including Interrail passes for unlimited travel around Europe. Choose the "One Pass Country" if you want to visit one country, or the "Pass Global" for cross-border journeys
- The "Mon Identifiant SNCF" customer account will store your preferences, SNCF discount cards and SNCF rewards cards on the app

I almost didn't download this app because the recent reviews were so terrible, but it seems to work fine for me. Bought a ticket, not too hard. Took a US Visa card no problem. Does seem a bit bloated (100mb), and time wasting intro and "let's take a tour of the app" animations -- more traditional and simple would be better for a train app -- but overall it fulfilled its function without undue hassle.

Really bad UX. The app is working as designed, but it's so awkward to use. Searching for a route requires you to enter destination first, and then origin, unlike every other app ever. Station timetable is available only for a couple of hours into the future; that's almost useless, I want to know trains tomorrow and other days. Visual clutter everywhere, it's extremely easy to click a wrong thing and then have to redo the search

Quite good but information regarding my train platform was incorrect. On the screen in the train station it was platform 3 and in the app it was 1. The app was wrong so be extra careful with info given by the app as they might be wrong. I have only use the app once and I have found a major discrepancy that I can't even imagine how it is possible that their two systems were given different data ! I hope the train management is safer ! That's very worrying !
