I use reserve cars on this app frequently. However, the app is terrible: constantly logs you out and and on several occasions when you reserve a car it disappears from the map and the app doesn't recognise the reservation. Yet when you arrive at the car it still opens the car!! The app needs serious work. And I've noticed a severe deterioration in the cleanliness and interior condition of the cars recently. Quite poor.

The service is good, its app is the worst. Since mid 2020 it keeps logging me out, even during the trip. It's pretty inconvenient. After more than a year it still logs me out almost every journey and the app is even getting worse. It's impossible to load the invoice and you cannot see the car location after booking. If you pay by packs of Wible, you end up doing the computation yourself to understand how much the journey costed...

The new app works much better than the previous one, the search and booking are easier and more intuitive and I haven't had any more issues pausing and resuming a trip. And it's great they have their own parking spots in the centre, so I don't haveto look for a place to park for an hour.
