Application throws errors each time. I need to reboot app for writing a request. It can't recognise the photo and can't upload photo from camera, but each month I pay $20. Developers, you need to fix your app!

I signed up by mistake after clicking an ad that appeared for "Claude AI." I realized the error immediately and requested a refund within minutes. Despite having ZERO usage and not consuming a single token, support refused a refund, citing "policy." It’s appalling to deny a refund when they can verify no service was rendered. This is an unacceptable business practice. I’ve escalated for a chargeback and reported to consumer protection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Unacceptable experience with Chatly AI! 🚨 Overpromised, underdelivered, and ignored refund request for $110 USD. Fix the app, fix the support. Until then, 0/10 👎

What’s new

This update fixes a crash issue and resolves a bug that prevented users from accessing AI Docs, AI Slides, and AI Image from the Preview screen. We've also made stability improvements to ensure a smoother user experience.
