Application throws errors each time. I need to reboot app for writing a request. It can't recognise the photo and can't upload photo from camera, but each month I pay $20. Developers, you need to fix your app!

Subsribed 1 year Standard plan advertises “unlimited AI chat,” but its current pricing page also says “session limits applicable.” The Professional plan specifically says “no session limits.” So Standard is not truly unlimited at every moment: you can hit a temporary chat/model limit quite quickly, then wait for it to reset.

I signed up by mistake after clicking an ad that appeared for "Claude AI." I realized the error immediately and requested a refund within minutes. Despite having ZERO usage and not consuming a single token, support refused a refund, citing "policy." It’s appalling to deny a refund when they can verify no service was rendered. This is an unacceptable business practice. I’ve escalated for a chargeback and reported to consumer protection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
