About this app

CarBux is a car lease and car loan payment calculator that provides “Buy” or “Do not buy” recommendation on new or used cars. CarBux is the only car payment calculator app that provides a “lemon check” list to verify the mechanical functionality, electrical and electronics systems, maintenance records, and appearance of a car before you buy or lease.

An app that may save you hundreds or thousands on your next car! CarBux - Do not close the deal without it! ™

CarBux analyzes car deals in real time and provides helpful tips or recommendations. Algorithms evaluate short and long term financial impact and calculate precisely many financial aspects of a car loan or car lease like monthly car payment, the down payment, the out of pocket expenses, the total cost of a car lease or a car loan. The app provides very close approximation of what your final invoice may look like.

Car loans and car leases are simplified into four distinct sections: acquisition, financing, initial costs and dealer fees. Provide data for each of the sections and the algorithms will analyze the data in real time. The results from the analysis of all sections are combined for an overall "BUY" or "DO NOT BUY" recommendation and payment summary.

The car loan and car lease analyzers monitor some well-known patterns and popular techniques applied by car dealers to ensure that the app users are protected by common mistakes. Bright tiles and flags signal potential pitfalls, provide negotiation tips and quick access to the input forms for correction.

Several input forms with small number of data fields collect the most essential car deal information. Complete the forms at your own pace and watch for flags in the analysis section. Flags provides a quick access to the input forms for correcting the pitfalls. Graphs and charts enhance the app visuals to make it easy to understand the payment and the financial impact of the lease or purchase. The action menu provides options to communicate with sellers or ask friends for a review, input, advice or an opinion.

Simple, powerful and efficient CarBux will help you defend your position against trained car salesman and present a great set of arguments why you should get better price and a great discount on your next car deal.

Edit: Error was fixed by developer. Pretty good until I got the white screen of death after entering a 0.0% interest rate at 63 months. As another user said, there's no recovering from that; all your can do is uninstall the app. Shame because I had several deals saved in the midst of a hectic car shopping process.

This review is old and no longer accurate. The bug has been fixed long time ago, but this review keeps staying and dragging the app performance.
