it's so bad application i bought a coupon and that was written in terms and use that i can use it in delivery inside cairo after bought it i called restaurant they said we only delivery to restaurant area and not all inside cairo even though it's written in terms and use that i can use inside cairo then they said it's not our problem i called customer services of waffrha that was so bad as well they talking in not good way and didn't help me instead of this he talked in bad way

Very bad application specially that's there is alot other alternatives for all the brands inside the app, they take too much fees for the service, also once you use your credit card the regrets starts, as you will not get your money back if you changed your mind , as they will deduct fees and will take forever to return the rest to your card.

its a SCAM littarly paid for a game coupon then the money got withdrawn from my wallet and got nothing but there is a problem i contacted support now thyre saying i have to wait 7 days for a refund thanks for wasting my time i guess imagine having hopes to get something and then it completely shatteres in less than a second if this issue isnt resolved whatsoever i am reporting this app and never recommending to anyone at all
