Edit: They reached out and basically said I settled everything prior to the 17th and that my transfers were as follows $33.29 + $63.29 + 113.29 = $313.16. If that equals $313.16 I need to go back to school because I'm sure there is an added $103.29 in there. So basically the rep proved my point and y'all all should avoid this website because they will try to reinforce they are taking extra money because they think we are too stupid to look. Not this light skin. If they had an X I'd post it.

Customer service is a little lacking and takes too long to respond, along with other tasks that need completion according to what one of their representatives told me, because they're having difficulties to catch up. The service is good in theory, but it's not being properly executed in this case or something changed, last year it worked great, now I've been unable to use it for a week and had to wait 3 days for a response. Not as advertised, not available right away hen emergencies arise.

I give it zero stars to be honest. My hours keep disappearing everyday- one day theyre there and then they're gone. Customer service doesn't get back to you until days later. When money is available it wont let me transfer because it says I need to link an account, while I have my bank accout and my debit card linked. App is glitchy in general and not worth it. They shouldn't advertise that you can access your money anytime when thats not the case AT ALL.
