My biggest complaint is the receipt upload process. Currently, I can't upload receipts until the transaction appears in the app. By that time, it can be difficult to locate the receipt. Previously, receipts could be uploaded before the transaction posted, which was much more convenient. I would love to see that functionality brought back.

I love the convenience of submitting claims from my phone, but the app is super glitchy. About 50 to 75% of the time when I try to take the photo while submitting the claim, the app just crashes. It seems to work better if you take the photo first and upload it, but both should be viable options.

Overall, app is stable and does not crash. Functionality.... is another matter. Compared to the website, submitting a Pay Me Back claim does not automatically ask you enter mileage. You have to add the mileage manually, and you have to know the mileage amount. The website will do the calculations for you as you just enter the number of miles, not a dollar amount. Overall, I prefer the website over the app.
