Overall, app is stable and does not crash. Functionality.... is another matter. Compared to the website, submitting a Pay Me Back claim does not automatically ask you enter mileage. You have to add the mileage manually, and you have to know the mileage amount. The website will do the calculations for you as you just enter the number of miles, not a dollar amount. Overall, I prefer the website over the app.

There should be a field for comments added. Recent receipts that I uploaded automatically gets denied, & now prompts me to give a justification - which i wish could've been included had there been a section to include a comment/note. Also appealing denials is very outdated because there is no number provided to call. Only a fax number or you'd have to submit appeals through the traditional "snail mail". The overall process to appeal is very complicated & frustrating!

It's Wageworks so look for that name but can't find it quickly as the app name starts with EZ, not easy. A DOWN arrow at the beginning is really saying to scroll UP, that makes no sense. I tried storing a receipt photo, that didn't go well, but had never tried that before. The process for payment seems to work well, once entered. I like that it remembers my usual list of payees. An issue some time back was to use an option (per phone call to rep) that was not visible on my screen. Maybe resolved?
