I guess they don't have a UX team It displays the same info you can get on the website. Great. How about fingerprint login? My browser does it... When you log in you get a giant blank screen with no information, an overflow menu that doesn't do anything (well it does a great job of being in the way), and an arrow pointing down, you know, where the information is. At least you can change the color of the blank screen. There aren't really any other options.
Something wrong with app Has been a great app but I've been trying to submit receipts both January and February and now today two representatives told me they've had other customers calling in saying that its not working properly the pictures are not uploading. Unfortunately I was told that they can't submit any comments? I don't know why they could not alert someone in corporate that the app is not working but I'm using this format to try to get the word out. And yes I tried deleting and redownloading
So much easier than website! The only thing it seems to be missing is a provision for submitting mileage... But it is so easy to use that I will submit my receipts as I get them, instead of waiting until the last minute, because I dread the process.
Kudos to implementing saving the username and showing the balance on the commuter transit card in the app, it was a much needed improvement. The only thing that Is missing is TouchID implementation like the iPhone. I have this app on my iPhone 6 and my Galaxy S6 and hardly use the Android version because I do not want to deal with imputing a password. Getting to my information is so much faster when I do not have to input a 8 character password.
