I love the idea of it... I was able to submit a receipt and get it approved through the app, which is great. But if I attempt to enter the app through the icon placed on my smartphone, it tells me "no application installed." I have to go into Google Play and get to it through there. Not gonna call that super convenient.
Used it the first time it was wonderful. The second time I used it, it kept telling me I had wrong password. New password, still didn't work. I see I'm not the only one this happened to. Ugh! My account is frozen again. Changed my password again. Still not working.
Worked twice, now not so much I had used the app twice for reimbursement and it was great. Now during log in, I'm told I'm using the wrong app and am routed to a My Flex app. That'd be fine, except my same log in credentials lead me to an old profile from an old employer and show no record of my current contributions. Works great on the website, so person I talked to told me to use that and see if the app "just starts working for me again." That's a disappointing resolution, because signing the form on the app was very convenient...
Provides some HSA functionality Allows you to see your balances, submit claims, see recent transactions, that sort of thing. Would be nice if it allowed you to manage HSA investments.
