Won't accept my pictures all of a sudden!! Very frustrating - not sure what changed but the app was made to be "EZ" and now I am unable to use my phone camera as the image is invalid but when I email that image to myself and use the website the SAME image uploads just fine. This needs to be fixed asap!
Won't accept my pic of receipt A window pops up after taking pic of receipt, it says " Invalid Image Type. Supported types are JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP." I have Uninstalled the app then reinstalled, still doesn't work. This is the first time I have had any problems. I have sent many pics of my receipts without any problems before. Please fix... you will not get a receipt until you fix it.
Pics of the receipt. Won't accept unless I take a picture, then send it from the gallery. Don't like to jump through hoops to use this. Please fix.
Used to Work - Very Frustrating When I started using this app, I thought it was the coolest way to submit my receipts. Now, all if a sudden it doesn't allow me to take photos "on the fly" from the app. Tells me the image type is invalid. Called their tech support and their suggestion was to use the website to submit my receipts. Really?? The only thing I can do is take photos and then import them into the app. I wish they would pay attention to their customers and correct the issue.
Very confusing steps and instructions I occasionally try this app hoping it will work. This weekend (attempt #3) everything appeared to work and get transmitted but I got email today saying the image was unreadable. I resubmitted from my PC.
The good: It's easy to submit something I've already paid, and the amount gets sent right to my bank! The bad: I can't take a picture of a receipt I've already paid. I can only take a picture when sending directly to the provider. Since I haven't paid, I don't have the receipt. Or if I have paid, I don't want to pay again. I don't get it. The ugly: There is nothing to stop me from requesting as much as I want any time I want. There is just a category, like prescription. No date. No provider. If I want to find the receipt that I'm supposed to save all I have is a dollar amount, the date submitted, and no picture or other info.
