Ratings and reviews

The app's appointment system for the barbershop/hair stylist is really easy & fast to use, and I like that, after offering a setup for paying in advance by card, it also gives the option of paying in the location (my preference), and also one can reserve as a guest rather than setting up an account.

The app started malfunctioning for me a few weeks ago. Through the web portal, I can make bookings. However, when I reach the last step to review and pay I get a blank screen. I've updated the app version but didn't fix the issue. Not sure how to flag a malfunction, so hopefully someone from cust. support is reading this. Apart from that, good experiences so far with the app.

Completely and totally useless app. It doesn't show my bookings, It won't import my bookings, when I'm emailed a link to review a salon it doesn't work. I've tried using the chat support, it's a bot that only has a few options listed and didn't solve my problems, the help email came back as a disused email. absolutely shocking customer service, it's non existent!! extremely frustrating. would give 0 stars if possible
