zero support Twice I lost more than fifty riyals. I would transfer and show it as pending on the app and then expire it later. I would have wasted time and charges on calls to the helpline and then opened a ticket on email, which would have closed itself after three or four days without any action. The best way is to download any exchange app and send money through it. Otherwise, FriendiPay is the best. it's happened 7th time with me

Walletii is a very useful app for remittance and digital payments, but it would be even better with some added features. Please provide the option to add and delete beneficiary bank accounts easily, as this is essential for users. Also, introducing a Virtual Visa Debit Card feature like OMPAY would make Walletii more complete and convenient for online payments. Hope to see these improvements soon.
