Ratings and reviews

Customer service experience very low.. You can't contact to speak to their customer service.. The charges rate of payment it's high and they never alert any customer if the service fee it's going to be extra. End of it's been helpful

User experience is overall nice but the app could use some improvements. First of all please change your bottom nav, it does not fit with the UI and shadow is way too much. Why not stick with the standard navigation bar? also the navigation between tabs is sluggish, a solid 2 second lag to switch a tab? and finally, please add a dark mode. It's *2026*... 🤷‍♂️

It is a convenient way of sending money with a good exchange rate. I had a problem sending money to Sri Lankan which is resolved but adding an image attachment in Support through the app is not working while adding a pdf works but as well it is not straight forward to have it accept image.

We’ve expanded where you can send money. You can now transfer to Yemen directly from walletii, giving you more ways to support the people who matter most.
