Hi, this is Mohammed Sabeer Rahman. I have problem in registering account. As my name and my father name is lengthy, when scanning Resident Id app automatically entered both name in first name. when moving to next step, it blocks and showing name characters exceeding limit 40 letters.. And not able to edit that as it's blocked to edit. kindly enable edit in the first name or remove the limitations in characters number. then let me know

I am extremely disappointed with Walleti's customer support. I have reached out multiple times via your customer support number regarding an account creation issue, yet I have received absolutely no technical support whatsoever. I am unable to create my account due to an ownership verification requirement. I have already submitted all the necessary documents — including my ownership certificate and resident card ID — by mail, and still no resolution has been provided. Ticket# 50224

I hope walletii goes out of business. Their whole marketing is based on send money internationally within 10 minutes and its been hours and the transaction is still on PENDING! Customer service has nothing to say but "Sir please wait more, the transaction will either get cancelled or approved". Lesson learnt, never use this app in case of EMERGENCY. edit: Transaction cancelled after a couple hours and got my money back. Conclusion: Unreliable in case of emergency.
