Very bad experience with Walletii. My money is deducted but not received in my bank account. Transactions show completed but amount is not credited. I also tried to contact customer service, but there is no response to calls or complaints. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I have lost money in bill payments and account transfers. This app is not reliable at all. I strongly advise others not to use this app.

Very bad service. One of my payments has been in progress for several days and has still not been received. I was informed that the status is still pending and that the issue is from CBO. Once the amount is refunded back to my account, I will uninstall and log out of this application. I no longer trust this application due to this experience.

Hi, this is Mohammed Sabeer Rahman. I have problem in registering account. As my name and my father name is lengthy, when scanning Resident Id app automatically entered both name in first name. when moving to next step, it blocks and showing name characters exceeding limit 40 letters.. And not able to edit that as it's blocked to edit. kindly enable edit in the first name or remove the limitations in characters number. then let me know
