This used to be the best app ever, but then they went and changed it. Now, it has nothing but issues. I have to uninstall/reinstall every other time I login because either the ticket scanner won't be there or the scratch option or the rewards 360 icon won't be there to select. It's so damn frustrating it makes me hardly want to use it anymore. I've even significantly cut down on buying scratch tickets because I can't check how many winners are left most of the time & that's a necessity for me.

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, it frequently and seemingly randomly opens to a menu screen that does not provide access to the ticket scanner. I have tried multiple fixes without success. When it happens, I have no choice but to just close the app & try again later. Sometimes it is just a short period of time & sometimes it is days or weeks before it opens & works correctly.

It gets really annoying having to delete and reinstall the app everytime I want to use the ticket scanner and add the points to my account. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THE APP!!! I've had this problem from day 1 which has been over a year now and still no fix. Come on WA Lottery for as much money as we spend on tickets you should at least be able to fix this app.
