I paid for 8 packages and I only got the results for 6 of them and they keep throwing the issue on someone else without solving it. I should have listened to the other reviews. also, they have a false advertisement for winning a car etc. they won't let you enter the contest even after paying 🙄

Very easy and simple to use app. Booked the test for blood sample collection with ease. The only thing missing is that since the app has the option of English language, the area and street names should also be available in English when selecting a branch for booking. That's the only thing missing.

This is a very bad app and very bad lab .. dont trust them... they are very unprofessional.. they took money and took labs more than 10 days ago, and there are no results. Then they blocked me on whatapp. The lab tech leaves a bruise on my mother's hand. They used to be good before...now they are trash. Avoid them.
