Bad service, slow customer support, glitchy app, edit price not working, my items came damaged with no compensation. Germany address messed up, I lost $300 because the courier came "outside working hours." 0 stars

the app ui is basically unusable. They have replied to my support ticket and there is no way I can view the reply. They also automatically forward your packages to iraq without waiting for your intpu and without giving you detailed info of how much it costs and how is it calculated.

literally the best app in Iraq for package forwarding services. it gives you around 10 addresses you can use across the world and the ahipping fees are one of the cheapest in Iraq. moreover to that, the service support is super friendly and responsive.
