Ratings and reviews

This app came with the IFOLO smart watch I purchased. App hasn't been updated in months, and support doesn't respond. There is no option to contact support directly from the app. Limited editing ability for the watch faces they provide, practically no instructions on how to use the app. No option to edit text/font/size of notifications. The ONLY thing I like about it is you connect the watch directly through the app and not via the Bluetooth on your phone, so connectivity isn't an issue.

I've had to restart the watch multiple times and it still doesn't work. The watch doesn't stay connected to my phone, meaning the Bluetooth features doesn't really work. It works to find my phone, which is a great feature. On the contrary, the music part, as in the feature where you can "play, pause, skip or go back" doesn't work. Again, even though I am connected to Bluetooth. The news feature, which supposedly tells you if you receive any messages doesn't work either.

Works very well. The only icon on my watch that doesn't work is the News icon. "No message". There is no setting in the app to connect to a News provider. Heart rate, oxygen saturation, sleep, steps, all synchronize perfectly with the app. Phone and text notifications work, music works. Can't get my phone to take a picture by shaking my wrist. Does what I need!
