Webcare app allows Webcare Services users to access their appointments (scheduler and roster), manage their availability and submit their timesheets in real time.

My Appointments
- View your upcoming appointments in real time
- Check important details about the person you are supporting
- Verify appointments on the go
- Clock-in Clock-out of shifts

My Timesheets
- Submit timesheets
- Record travel time and Kilometers

My Availability
- Manage your available hours (this allows admin to search and assign appointments per your availability)

People You Support: Webcare offers an easy-to-use interface to record information about People you support, track their Outcomes/Goals, manage Support Plan and record Service hours

Staff Management: Webcare records all staff-related data including employment details, qualifications and experience, helpful for skill matching, scheduling and HR/Payroll

Facility Management: A Facility is an entity that could be a house (residential house), a workshop (vocational services), a group (therapy group) or a vehicle. Each facility has its own Roster to easily record staff shifts
