Ratings and reviews

The app itself is okay however the service has not proven to work very well for me. I've tried 4 different cleaners who have all been terrible. The beauty services I've tried through the app have been good, so would recommend for that but it's more expensive if you dont have a regular cleaning order.

It was very easy to book a cleaning session, and the service I got was good. But it's an expensive service, so I won't be able to use on a regular basis.

Please be very cautious using this app! I booked a cleaner for a straight forward deep clean of our kitchen and bathroom. They caused £2,000 worth of damage to our kitchen cupboards, tap, sink and wooden worktop by using a SCOURER! Wecasa are virtually impossible to contact and have eventually washed their hands of the issue claiming that because the damage is cosmetic they have absolutely no liability. This has forced us to explore taking things further via legal routes. Unbelievably bad!!
