I had a hugely frustrating experience booking a cleaner via wecasa where their app told me (the customer) one time and the professional an hour later. I missed appointments later that morning waiting and wecasa barred the professional from accepting further jobs until I had to get in touch with them to request it be lifted. Their offers to put the matter right were poor and you are repeatedly passed to different customer service agents who are unable to offer actually meaningful compensation.

Their cleaners have caused damage in my home on 3 occasions but their insurance does not cover the first £200, and the next £150 is only offered in vouchers. One of the cleaners basically did no cleaning just caused damage, and they refuse to help telling me the contract is between me and the cleaner. it is impossible to speak to someone past template responses, and they will ignore anything that falls outside the template. editing to add that I've been promised 3 phone calls and received 0.

horrible experience. The cleaner damaged my oven and flooring and I still haven't heard back from wecasa. Clearly they don't vet the cleaners to make sure they are professional. Also after 2 weeks I still haven't heard back (so the response below is false) and their insurance policy has a £200 so they will probably not cover the repair.
