HORRIFIC. The cleaner was good,.I booked her twice, but then they started charging me £89 every 2 weeks out of the blue for a clean I have never booked. I contacted them and they hung up half way through the chat and now I have no idea whether I will get my money back and if they are going to keep charging me nearly £200 a month for nothing as the app won't let me cancel this recurring clean I never booked and I can't delete my card details from the app. Absolutely dreadful.

Edit: Initially useful but gradually less and less so. Late cleaners, difficult to contact staff and finally a glitch in the app so I couldn't update my payment details preventing me from rebooking. Cannot recommend under the circumstances. (previously: Very useful so far.)

You can't choose your own cleaner, one is assigned by WeCasa and you can't see the reviews of them properly. the one I got didn't do a very good job, she didn't seem like a proper cleaner/inexperienced - people can work here without ever cleaning before. The customer service is rubbish, AI chat bot said someone would be in touch 24-48 hours but after 2 weeks, nothing, and after complaining again I got an email reply by an AI bot pretending to be a human, it went round in circles. Awful.
