Doesn't accept Visa, which is extremely frustrating because I don't plan on giving in to get a Discover or Master. The app itself though is nice and easily navigational. Seriously though, the website payment option will take Visa, just update the app so it can take it. Almost no reason to have it if I have to open a web browser to pay instead.

The app does not work. I can see my information but can't do anything within the app. Every time I try to navigate to a different section of the app I simply get an error message something went wrong

Great options for seniors who sometimes forget the date and amount but that's not a problem you will get your bill date due and the amount you need to pay. It's a great energy service with help that we can use. Congratulations MERC
