Lately, in these last few months, I keep on getting an "Opps, looks like something went wrong." message getting into App even after clear cache. When this happens, I can't pay the bill and get SAME message. Luckily, I have an iPad that seems to work at times better and more reliable. Please fix.

No longer allows me to submit payments. I have been using this app for my account management and payments for years. Starting in March 2025, when I get to the "Submit Payment" option, I get a pop-up with an exclamation mark and statement that says "Oops! Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." I submitted an error report in the app in March (4 weeks ago), tried again today, same message. I called the Tech support line, was told they could not help, submit in app store.

Only accepts Mastercard and Discover Card. My bank only issues Visa Debit, so the app is pretty much useless to me. The whole point to downloading the app and the WPS App was for the convenience to pay my bills quickly and securely. Why don't these utilities accept Visa??? UPDATE: WE Energies app isn't accessible anymore. I tap on "Sign In" and I immediately get a "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later." This has been an ongoing issue for months!! I just updated the app, too!
