My friend booked flight tickets from your website, but even after 3 months the refund has not been received. This long delay is very disappointing. Because of this experience, I strongly advise others not to book from your website until this issue is resolved.

I don't recommend this app at all. They are eager at the time of booking but incase of refund it has been 5 months. I am tired of sending emails and chatting with customer care.

I had a terrible experience with wegotravel.ca. I booked a Qatar Airways ticket in CAD, but the site didn’t say baggage wasn’t included. Later I was told to pay extra for baggage. Then support offered me a different EVA flight in USD instead of my original booking, which makes no sense. Very misleading and untrustworthy—hidden fees, currency switch, and poor service. Avoid this site!
